Hi, I see this being sold as "private" method constantly, and as its nowhere to private I am posting a short little tutorial to safe hundreds to people who are thinking about buying some private money making method.
So here is a very very short guide on how to do the method:
Go to LocalBitcoins.com and buy an Ebay Giftcard for 500$, they go for arround 50-75% there. With that giftcard you can go to Ebay and buy cash bills, like these:
